Here is a listing of hoedown (traditional) square, round and line dance opportunities I provided to members of the Square, Round and Line Dancing in Ohio group on Facebook. Kathy Anderson comes down from Dayton to call the squares; Northside Volunteers provide the foot-stompin' music. All dances taught. Music starts at 8; don't be late! $5 donation per dancer. March 12, 7:00 til 10:00 PM - Granville Old Fashioned Barn Dance - Join us for a community social Old Fashioned Barn Dance for fun, friendship, dancing and music. Dances such as: Traditional squares, Contra, Country Western, Partner dances, Line dances, The Waltz, The Virginia Reel, Spanish Waltz and Mixers will be taught and done during the dance. Singles and couples of all ages are welcome and no experience is necessary...beginners are encouraged to join the fun! The cost is $5.00 per person at the door.
