July 9, 7:00-10:00 PM - Granville Old Fashioned Barn Dance - Join us for a community social Old Fashioned Barn Dance for fun, friendship, dancing and music. Dances such as: Traditional squares, Contra, Country Western, Partner dances, Line dances, The Waltz, The Virginia Reel, Spanish Waltz and Mixers will be taught and done during the dance. Singles and couples of all ages are welcome and no experience is necessary...beginners are encouraged to join the fun! The cost is $5.00 per person at the door. Location: United Church Of Granville, 115 W. Broadway, on the S/W corner of W. Broadway and Main Street. The dance is in the Annex building on the west side of the church. Parking is on street. July 12, 8:00-10:00 PM - Northside Tavern Squares with live music Square Dance. Chet Gray (one of T Claw's disciples of dance) will call LOTSA* dances for us! As a Louisvillian, he will judge our "Louisville Pronunciation Contest" too. Prizes! Music by the Northside Volunteers. $5 donation per dancer.
